This Privacy Policy has been developed to help you understand how we collect, use, and disclose the information we may collect from you and/or your device (phone, tablet, or other mobile device), or that you may provide to us while using the mobile application Tracify - Drawing.
By using Tracify - Drawing, you agree to how your information is collected, used, and disclosed. If you are under 18 years old, you acknowledge that your legal guardian has consented to this Privacy Policy. This Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Use. If you or your legal guardian do not accept or understand this Policy, please do not use the application.
1. DEFINITIONS
- Financial Information: Refers to information relating to payments (e.g., billing information, weekly or monthly plans). These are exclusively managed by the download platform (Google Play / App Store) for unlocking Premium features. We do not have access to your bank details.
- Non-Personal Information: Refers to information that, by itself, does not identify a specific individual (e.g., usage data, time spent on a sketch, device type).
- Personal Information: Refers to specific information that can identify or contact a person (e.g., email address, device identifier).
2. WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?
Information you provide directly:
- Camera and Gallery (Photos): The application requires access to your camera for the "Draw with Camera" (augmented reality tracing) feature and to take a photo of your finished drawing. Access to your gallery is required if you choose to import a photo to reproduce or transform it using AI.
- Communications and Suggestions: If you use the "Suggest improvements" form via Discord, we collect the content of your message (ideas for new tools, missing sketches).
Information collected automatically:
- Usage Data: We measure the use of the application (such as the categories viewed among Animals, Dinosaurs, Manga, etc., favorite sketches, and saved drawings).
- Device Information: When downloading and using Tracify - Drawing, we automatically collect information about the device type, operating system version, and selected language (French, English, Español, etc.).
- Tracking and Analytics: Tracking technologies may be used to analyze trends, prevent bugs when transitioning from the "Drawing Mode" to the "Finished Drawing" screen, and gather demographic data.
3. HOW INFORMATION IS USED AND SHARED
We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties. We use your information primarily to operate the application, improve services, and provide customer support.
- Image Processing (AI): Using the "Transform photos into sketches with AI" feature may require the temporary processing of your image on secure servers to generate the drawing model.
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose information to respond to legal obligations, protect our rights, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request, in compliance with applicable laws in Quebec (Law 25) and Canada regarding the protection of personal information.
- Third-Party Providers: We use third-party services (hosting, Premium subscription processing, Discord) that may have access to certain data strictly necessary for the performance of their functions.
4. ADVERTISING
The free version of Tracify - Drawing is supported by the integration of an "Ad space". Our third-party advertising partners may use cookies or device identifiers (like the Android Advertising ID) to provide you with interest-based ads. Subscribing to our Premium offer allows you to enjoy a completely ad-free experience.
5. SECURITY
The security of your information is important to us. We follow industry standards to protect the submitted data, both during transmission and once received. Images processed by our application are managed securely and are only retained for the time necessary to execute the features (such as the AI sketch mode). However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
6. DATA DELETION AND RETENTION
You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly (see Contact section) or by submitting a request via the Discord feedback form integrated into the application. We will retain your information only as long as you use the application or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
7. SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING CHILDREN (COPPA)
As Tracify - Drawing appeals to a broad audience (including categories like Princesses, Animals), we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. Automatically collected persistent identifiers are used solely for the internal operation of the application (local saving of drawings, contextual and non-targeted ads for users not identified as adults). If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will delete it as quickly as possible.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices. In the event of a significant change, the new policy will be integrated directly into the application's "Settings" menu. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
